The Final - Day 3

After the long night yesterday, today we went late in the spring, at 12:00 I've checked out. Then again I am a somewhat rumgelungert in Vegas, have eaten what little bit, and I bought 3 CDs, since the radio coverage in the country, in part, lousy badly wants glad I'm in between actually not a single Stations receive more. Also something to drink I bought, but is coming to my original stock of 12x700ml water slowly to a close. No wonder, at these temperatures.
Before I left my hotel, I wanted to run again "really a coincidence," is not to say at an ATM. So I therefore have replaced $ 20 in chips and sat down at a roulette table with $ 10 minimum. After 2 minutes I got the table, then leave with $ 82, quite ok :-)

The Finale - Day 2

Drive 110 miles, then turn.

am this morning (yes, there was one!) We went out early the bed to Yosemite learn to know a bit more accurate.

At about the noon then the trip to Las Vegas via Los Death Valley . The track was to drive beautifully, over long distances (see introductory quote) just flat land with minimal vegetation, I call it now times steppe, but am not sure if it's true the term. The closer I came to the actual Death Valley, the more unpleasant were the temperatures, even at 70mph. The steering wheel was hot, the air was hot, the water was hot.

Sun by 6 clock then I drive over the border from Nevada (I 've previously course every now and then stops to satisfy loaded for food or to the desires of my camera).

Then we moved to Las Vegas, around 9, I was there and then moved into my room at the Bellagio (Ocean's Eleven!). After a quick shower after the ride we went in regular clothes into the crowd and the casinos. To see gabs in short everything that is best if your quick click through the photos to get a rough picture. Special mention of course is the water show in front of the Bellagio, also known from so few movies, so I got the video of it built just down, simple pit press on and hit play.

Oh yes, of course I've also tried my luck a bit, and have proven that everything is not what they say: With gambling makes you profit! I started with $ 20, spent every dollar of which at least 1x, and I'm at the end left with $ 20.25, so if I had played long enough, I would be rich now, but that's just me. ;-)

Another note to the GPS unbelievers: for a trip like this, it is a thing worth gold, one must look for long routes, it can also change quickly or can rest stops, fuel stations, etc., can close the route and have it installed immediately as a "via", and knew the number for the Bellagio is still the same.

The Finale - Day 1

As usual we went today in the morning is not quite so early, as planned. After all, at 12:30 pm I drove off towards Yosemite, & with just standing there there. Yes and now?

Last Friday was my last working day. The last week was once again quite a chunk, especially since I had to struggle with a sunburn, which I for the weekend had brought before that in Hawaii (for all those who have not discovered photos it has here (Patrick) and here (my)), and then hit me on Thursday and was still the eyelid cut open (I saw on Thursday from really good ;-)). And of course once the work had to be driven as far as possible. To good I then last but by 9 clock in the evening my badge :-(
On Saturday I was then given to Christian, my host of Google , the Napa Valley , one of the most famous wine regions of California. As ignorant as regards wine, learned I was there quite a few things I did not know before. And of course had to be sampled in order to reinforce the learning. On the way back we went for dinner to greens are overlooking the water. I'm not actually just a vegetarian, but vegetarian food in this restaurant were so good that I have missed in any way meat Highly recommended
But to come back on the tracks..: Yes and now?
I have here in the U.S. have a good week to then go back. My bike I've already sold (today) and a car is rented, now is a little road trip going to distant destinations a bit, I try to keep you up to date :-)
